Talent without working hard is nothing

What is Elite Training?

Elite Training is designed for the most committed players who want to push their game beyond limits. With only 2 to 6 players, Elite sessions are flexible and intense, combining individual attention with position specific development.

Players receive detailed technical coaching, personalised feedback, and the opportunity to train at the highest tempo. The  program brings together some of the most talented players in their own age group, creating an environment where teammates drive each other forward and push the standards higher in every session.

In addition to football-specific work, Elite sessions also include targeted physical training such as plyometric and injury-prevention exercises. This ensures players sharpen the skills required for their role on the pitch, build explosive speed and strength, and reduce the risk of injuries.

Beyond the pitch, players are scouted and monitored for progress. Follow-ups in games and continuous evaluation ensure that development is tracked, giving players clear feedback on how their training translates into match performance.

Group Structure

Elite groups are not fixed teams but flexible training units. There can be multiple Elite groups running at the same time, and players may move between them depending on level and development needs. Groups may also be organised by field positions to make sessions more focused and effective.

Who is Elite Training For?

Players with big goals

For those who aim high and are committed to improvement.

Small groups (2–6 players)

Personalised feedback

Top players in their age group

Player Criteria

Elite Training is reserved for the most talented and ambitious players in their age group. Selection is based on both ability and mentality, ensuring that every group trains at the highest standard. Players are expected to demonstrate:

  • High technical ability and strong tactical understanding

  • Experience in a competitive club environment

  • Strong commitment to training and development

  • Ambition to reach higher levels of the game

  • Professional attitude on and off the pitch

Only players who meet and maintain these standards are accepted, and continuity is not guaranteed. Places are limited to those who prove that they belong to this level.

Application Process📝

Elite Training is selective, with spots limited to 2–6 players per group. Players can enter the program in two ways:

Application

Players and parents can apply by filling out the form. Each application is reviewed individually, and selected players may be invited to a trial session before joining.

Invitation

players may be scouted and personally invited by the NataPro

Pricing & Process

Elite Training is a high-level program with limited spots.
To maintain quality and commitment, the process is structured as follows:

First session

Always free. Used to assess the player’s level and fit for the environment.

Evaluation Period (2–4 weeks)

New players begin with a 2–4 week evaluation period. During this time, sessions are paid on a pay-as-you-go basis (€25 per session). At the end of the period, continuation is discussed, and the player may be offered a place for the next training cycle.

Monthly Continuation

Accepted players continue with a monthly commitment. Payments are made at the start of each month, based on the number of sessions.

Progress reviews

At the end of each training period, progress is reviewed together with the player and parents. Continuity is not automatic, staying in the group requires maintaining the required level and commitment.

Exact prices and schedules are shared individually after application or invitation.

📍 Sijainti ja aikataulu 📅

Elite Training takes place in Helsinki at high-quality facilities that provide the right environment for professional-level sessions.

F.A.Q.

Academy training is open to all players and focuses on developing technical ability, confidence, and enjoyment of the game. Elite training is for players who already have a strong base and want to push themselves further in a smaller, more intense group setting. Sessions are faster, more competitive, and allow for more detailed feedback, but both programs are built on the same principles of quality and passion.

Players are selected for the Elite group either by invitation (scouted by our coaches) or through direct application. In both cases, the decision is based on the same criteria: performance, attitude, and commitment. A place in Elite must be earned and maintained.

Yes. Academy and Elite are separate programs, but players may be invited to Elite if they show progress, consistency, and readiness for the demands of a smaller, more intense group. Likewise, if a player benefits more from the Academy environment at a certain stage of their development, they may continue there until they are ready to rejoin Elite.

  • Football boots suitable for the surface

  • Training clothes appropriate to weather

  • Water bottle

  • Shin pads (along if needed)

  • A strong mindset and willingness to work hard

Elite players commit to training monthly (fees are paid at the start of each month). Regular attendance is expected. Consistency is key to progress and to keeping a place in the Elite group.

Absences are not automatically compensated, but a make-up session can be arranged depending on the situation, for example, if the player has a match or another valid reason for being absent.
If a session is cancelled by the coach, it will always be rescheduled or compensated separately.

No. A place in Elite must be earned and maintained. Players are reviewed regularly and must continue to show the required standards of effort, respect, and development.

Yes. Elite training is designed to complement club football, not replace it. Many Elite players use it for extra technical and tactical development outside their regular team training.

Elite groups are not fixed teams but flexible training units. There can be multiple Elite groups running at the same time, and players may move between them depending on level and development needs. Groups may also be organised by field positions to make sessions more focused and effective.
