How 1-on-1 Coaching Works
1-on-1 Coaching at NataPro offers players the most focused training environment possible. Every session is designed specifically for the individual, building on strengths, correcting weaknesses, and targeting the details that make the biggest difference in performance.
With the coach’s full attention, players benefit from precise technical corrections, personalised drills, and direct feedback in real time. Sessions are adapted to the player’s own goals.
To make progress measurable, players also receive regular follow-ups and monthly discussions, ensuring training plans evolve as they improve. The result is a tailored pathway that maximises each player’s potential on and off the pitch.
How to Apply for 1-on-1 Training
We want to make sure every 1-on-1 session is the right fit for both the player and the coach. That’s why all 1-on-1 training begins with a simple application process:
Step 1 – Enquiry Form
Fill out the 1-on-1 Training Enquiry Form, including details such as the player’s name and age, current club, their position, and their strengths, weaknesses etc. The more specific the information, the better I can understand the player and prepare a training plan that fits their needs.
Step 2 – Review & Confirmation
After receiving your application, I will review it and confirm availability. This step ensures there is mutual interest, that the schedule works for both sides, and that the player’s training goals can realistically be met.
Step 3 – Training Begins
Once confirmed, you’ll receive the details for booking either single sessions or discounted packages. Training begins with a clear, personalised plan so that progress can be tracked right from the very first session.
